Hello from the USA, After about 32 weeks of trying to submit to the site, I'm finally here after solving submission problems! I'm a flute/concertina player from the northwestern USA. While I'm not a frequent visitor to the site due to the busy nature of my life, I do have a great interest in Welsh music. There are only two non-harpists that I know who play Traditional Welsh music and one is my wife. The other is a good fiddler friend who got interested in the music after we did a performance at the Northwest FolkLife Festival. Unfortunately for us, she plays so many other types of music that the Welsh stuff is just on the periphery for her. My wife and I are trying to promote Welsh music here, but it's pretty tough. Everytime I play for people, I ask "What's more rare than people who play Welsh music?" Answer - "People who can do Welsh dance." I haven't figured out yet how to submit tunes to the site, but here are a couple I have questions about: X:1 T:Everyone's Delight T:Llawenydd pob Llu M:C| L:1/8 K:D N:DFAF G2G2 | DFAF E2E2 | DFAF G2GB | AGFE D4 :|! :| dcBA G2G2 | BAGF E4 | dcBA G2GB | AGFED :| X:2 T:The Craftsman T:Y Crefftwr M:C| L:1/8 K:D N:GABA G2G2 | G2FG A4 | GABA G2G2 | G2FE D4 :|! :| FGAF BGd2 | FGAF BGd2 | FGAF BGdB | AGFE D4 :| It's been literally years since I did ABC, so I hope these work. My question is "Is there a generic name for the type of tune which these represent?" They certainly don't feel like reels. I'll try to visit the site more often. Kevin
